What sizes do you offer?

Most of our clothing is available in sizes S–XL, and our trousers and skirts in UK sizes 8–16. Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll happily advise.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders and typically arrives within 4–6 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@rokvane.com if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, return your original item for a refund and place a new order — it's the quickest way to get what you want. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

How do I care for my Rokvane pieces?

Care instructions are included on each product page and on the garment label. As a rule, washing cooler and drying flat helps your pieces last longer and look their best.
