Shipping policy

We want your Rokvane order to reach you quickly and safely. This page explains where we ship, how much it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Delivery cost and timescales

We offer free standard delivery (£0.00) on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Standard delivery typically arrives within 4-6 business days from dispatch. Please allow a little longer during sale periods and public holidays.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm, or over the weekend, are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email info@rokvane.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
