These terms and conditions govern your use of rokvane.com and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately, and all prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour may occur between screens. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and a contract is formed only once we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any payment taken in full.

Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Faulty goods and liability

If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
