Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
Cost: UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days from dispatch. Please allow a little longer during sale periods and public holidays.
Your order is sent to you directly from our supplier partners. That's why we give a range, and why we suggest ordering early. Most customers shop months before the wedding.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation with tracking details.
Delivery address: Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Missing or delayed parcel? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email info@rokvane.com with your order number and we'll track it down.
