How long does delivery take?
Here's exactly how long it takes, so you can plan around it. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery then typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch. Please allow a little longer during sale periods and public holidays. Your order is sent to you directly from our supplier partners, which is why we give a range rather than a day.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation with tracking details, so you can follow your parcel.
When should I order?
As soon as you've found something you love. Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days after dispatch, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an item, so ordering a few months before the wedding leaves you plenty of time to try it on, check the fit and decide.
What is your returns policy?
If it isn't right, it can go back. You can return unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order, for a refund of the item price. To start a return, email info@rokvane.com with your order number.
Who pays for return postage?
You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In that case we pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked or signed-for service and proof of postage, because we can't refund an item we haven't received.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like. You don't need to wait for your return to reach us before you order the new size.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of us receiving and checking your return, and always within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund goes to your original payment method. We'll email you when it's done.
How do I choose my size?
Measure yourself once, in good light, and trust the numbers over the label. Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with the size chart on the product page, using your largest measurement to choose. Where the supplier provides garment measurements, we show them too.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you're between two sizes, size up. If you're choosing a close-fitting style, or you want room through the middle, size up. If you can't decide, email us your measurements and the item, and we'll tell you which size the chart points to.
Will the colour match my photos and the wedding palette?
Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Use the fabric close-up on each product page as your best guide, and ask the couple for a swatch or a photo of the palette before you choose.
